We met working in the restaurant industry in our early 20's. We began cooking together early on in our relationship, challenging ourselves with exciting flavors from cuisines all over the world. As our interest and skills grew, we started cooking for friends and family, hosting dinner parties, and holidays and special occasions. Eventually we began selling hummus and gyros at the Corvallis Artisan Market in a small pop-up booth. Soon after we were being invited to serve our food at special events in the community.
Over the years our business has grown from our humble beginnings at the market to building our own food truck. We are grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community and look forward to many years of serving Corvallis delicious food.

Local & Sustainable
Supporting our local community is at the forefront of everything we do at Common Fields. We buy from local vendors and feature local artisan products in our taphouse. Every beer we serve is from an Oregon brewery that is independently and locally owned and operated. The food trucks at Common Fields also share that vision and source as many local ingredients as possible from local community vendors. All food trucks are required to use compostable containers and utensils for service.
